THE ROLE: FIELD OPERATIONS LEAD

*Please note, only male candidates will be considered as this requires observation of specimen collections for male patients.*

As a Field Operations Lead, you will be responsible for working closely with the Field Operations Manager and the Sales team to manage the day to day operations of your territory. Field Operations Leads provide coverage and support and work alongside our sales team to ensure we remain compliant and profitable across all accounts in the region. While providing the highest level of service to our customers.   

  • Become familiar with and always adhere to compliance standards; field compliance inquiries and provide direction to Technicians and clinic staff when applicable

  • Manage territory and up to 10 direct reports including technician scheduling and logistics to ensure no lapses in clinic coverage

  • Provide clinic coverage when needed

  • Provide onsite training to new and current Field Operations Technicians on Precision procedures and processes to ensure compliance

  • Plan and execute visits to all existing technician accounts in the territory on a regular basis

  • Be willing and ready to travel up to 100 percent of the time in order to accomplish the above tasks

  • Prevention and reduction of missing billing information and order entry errors regarding claim reimbursements

  • Work with the field operations team and Home office to develop and implement updated training programs

  • Customer service, retention and maintenance of accounts as needed and in collaboration with sales

  • Understand and document the account's workflow and train staff on established procedures

  • Continued development and adjustments of department processes to remain ahead of the changing market
  • Determining operational logistics and preventing potential concerns based on field experience. (i.e. customer meetings with sales team or as requested by sales partners)
  • Communication of advantageous competitive intelligence to appropriate parties – business leads, risks and opportunities to sales partners
  • Interdepartmental liaison between field, sales and home office departments ensuring clear communication company wide

      • Some overnights during the week
      • Work evenings and weekends on an occasional basis
    • Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation (car allowance provided)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneDrive
    • Adherence to compliance standards and confidentiality (HIPAA) requirements
    • Managerial experience required
    • Experience managing teams of up to 20 people effectively
    • Bachelor’s Degree
